Johnny-
Without changing the motherboard, your max CPU upgrade is P4 2.0G. You can
only use a Willamette P4 CPU. The newer ones are lower voltage. Key specs to
look for are socket 478, 400mHz, 256mb cache, 1.75v. You will have to use
your existing fan/heatsink. It's not a standard socket 478 type. Here are
the specs..

sSpec Number SL5UH
Processor Frequency 2.00 GHz
CPUID String 0F12h
Package Type 478 pin PPGA FC-PGA2
Core Voltage 1.750
Bus Speed 400 MHz
Thermal Guideline 75.3W
Core Stepping D0
Thermal Spec 76C
L2 Cache Size 256 KB
Manufacturing Technology 0.18 micron
L2 Cache Speed 2.00 GHz
Bus/Core Ratio 20
Spec Update http://developer.intel.com/design/Pentium4/specupdt/
