Default IC7-G randomly gives bsod then reboot....how can i fix this

ic7g mobo, latest flash, 1 GB pc3200 dual channel ddr ram with
correct spd settings(had to put it in manually), 120gig boot drive on
ata port, pioneer 108 dual layer dvd burner, 600w pwr supply
4 200gig hds on sata ports(via abit's sata2ata adaptors using ata 133
hds), intel p4 3ghz "C" cpu, nvidia geforce fx 5200 128meg, ata133
addon card(for another 200gig hd and an 80gig hd), 3 sys fans besides
whats on the chipset+cpu, 2 of the sys fans cool the hds, one provides
extra airflow over the mobo. os is windows xp pro sp2..and it's
updated to now. os is also virus/malware/trojan/spyware clean..using
adaware; symantic 10 antivirus, and a few other apps to keep pc pure
and clean, primary browser is firefox 1.5.1, media player is media
player classic(latest version), got few other apps but it doesn't
really matter what app i run, the pc will reboot at random...even does
it while playing a game...even on solitare

btw, my other pc's mobo is ic7-max3 and it works flawlessly when i
swapped out the pwr supply with the one in the ic7-g sys so i know
it's not the pwr supply thats the problem on the ic7-g.
anyway, specs for the other pc is ic7-max3 mobo, p4 3ghz "E", ati 9600
pro 128, (basically same hds as in the ic7-g, i tend to swap them out
when i have a problem with one or the other, but i change the boot
drives) 1GB pc4000 dual channel ram(both pc's are on geil ram), one pc
is a home server, other is a workstation(more like online fun
station), sometimes i use one pc as a spinrite repair machine while
the other pc handles online tasks, currently thats the ic7-g doing the
online stuff but it keeps rebooting at random, the other pc is doing
hd repair work when i work on other ppl's crashed pc's(dell's, hp's,
they get stumped with tech support so they call me)
