Default trust familycam

Hi, anybody manage to get a trust familyc@m 300 working on their XP system?
I've done everything possible and it just won't work...
I can download the pics from the cam but when I try to launch the dualcam
webcam function, i get a message saying "video device not attached"
I just don't get it - it's usb and no problem for the pics, but live webcam
feed just won't work
Any thoughts ? anyone ? thanks
