Is there a way to get the source of the snapshots from this site?

The site is http://gatewayguide.com/ and they have snapshots of live
traffic cameras, but I was wondering if there is a way to get to the
live camera feed somehow?

I'm sure they probably have it locked down, but thought maybe someone
might know a secret on how to get access to them? Also, I know at
least one of the local news channels has access to the live feed as
they display it on their morning show.

There's no way I can see to find the camera address. The snapshots are
stored on their server, so their server is communicating directly to the
camera.
