Hi, I had a motherboard replacement. The tech had set the service tag & it all works okay.
But finding out the bios DMI fields & also in ePSA I see the motherboard ppid has not been set by factory: Baseboard Model Baseboard Revision PPID Anyone has AMI bios APTIO 8 DMI edit tool or Dell DMI tool , let me know |
