N.O.S. works well or not? by
Pooh-Man
I just put together a new PC with P5K mb and E6850 cpu. I see in the manual
it talks about N.O.S. which is some sort of overclocking system that
overclocks depending on demand of software. Does this work very well or is
it best left alone and OC manually?

It went right into the BIOS. It's alive! Temperatures seem to hover
at around 118-125 degrees F. The only problem I had was a noisy fan,
which was screwed to the case but when I relocated it, the noise was
gone. It recognized...

case without burning it up?

backplane. I haven't even bought memory or a CPU for...

M2A-VM disk boot order? by
[email protected]
I bet there's a cure for this, but I haven't seen it yet: any disk on
the IDE controller is automatically considered C:\, or the primary
disk+partition, when installing a windows OS, so when I put win on the
first SATA drive, it's always listed as D:\ if there is an IDE disk
attached. Don't know...
