Cross reference for PB/NEC format numbers, system numbers, CDs, etc by
SV
I got my first NEC (a 5010, 486 DX4-100 if memory serves) way back when.
After several more systems over the years, I began using my experience to
try to keep older NEC machines out of the landfill. Now I've accumulated a
fair number of NEC Master Restore CDs. After NEC and PB got together,...

Got an old Packard Bell that I would like to put a different video
card in and it has an on-board S3 Virge in it. AFAIK it's a 680 (or
so says the FCC sticker). I've got...

I have had a Packard Bell Multimedia E153 computer since early 1997. The hard
disk is just starting to get physical errors on it. I'd liked to replace it
and use the Packard Bell restore cd to reinstall everything on to a new hard
drive but from what I've read the motherboard that comes with this...
