Default Western Digital "My Book" - Replacing the hard drive

Hi

I got a 160GB one on sale. MODEL: WDG1U1600N
http://wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?DriveID=217

I want to take out the hard drive to put in a computer. Then put
another HD into the My Book enclosure.

Is there any easy way to do this? I have it pried half way apart. I
don't want to ruin it.

Thanks
ZD
