Default Wrong Group, but Mayb you kno..

Anyone seen a Geode system, and how well it compares to a duron or even
sempron system. Looking for a more powerful (but low power) system like the
via processors.

Call me crazy, but the NX models appear to be nothing more than low
voltage Tbred B XP's. Now the GX series is new, but runs a max of about
400MHz with a model number of 533.

8 years old new: "Geode, however, was merely NS's re-branding of a Cyrix
product called MediaGX, which first debuted in February of 1997."

Not entirely true. It was reworked a little. The NX series is however
nothing more than a rebranded TBred B core which this article confirmed.
Hmmm... Sempron ring a bell.:-)

But who cares.
