Default SVP Comunications

Anyone else order from them at Easter?

Great prices, 99p delivery, 3 days to come and best of all, a free bag of
Cadbury Mini Eggs.

Only thing missing was being hand delivered (!) by Rachel Stephens

Top company!

Cheers

Simon.

Seconded. They are a top company, I had a problem with an NEC DVD recorder I
bought from them, thought I'd have to send it back and wait for testing etc.
No, they sent a courier with a brand new one and instructions to take the
old one away - top service!

same here. pioneer 105, which arrived with a cracked bezel. i'd have been
happy for them to just send a replacement bezel, but they couriered a new
drive, and collected the old one. thumbs up from me!

I would have to second that. I had a fault NEC 2500a which burned read
errors at around the 80% mark of each disc. Not only did they send a
courier to collect the drive, but they also refunded both the cost of the
drive and the discs I had bought from them at the same time.

I have had no hesitation in recommending them to anybody, as they really do
bend over backwards to help. They and Kustom PC's
(http://www.kustompcs.co.uk) are showing the industry how customer service
should be done.

By and large yes.

My 52x CDRW that I bought from them went on the blink after 13 months.
12 month warranty only. They weren't very helpful then. Just bad
luck if it happens to you I guess.

Good excuse to buy a DVDRW though.

The price of them has dropped so low now that i`d just write the damn
thing off personally ! - you`d waste more time on postage and being stuck
without a drive to worry about it.

Good excuse to buy a DVDRW though.

Did you go back to SVP - that`s the $million question !

Yes! - I went for the NEC 2500. Arrived pretty quick with the usual
spot-on service.
