Default Well done Samsung

Had a problem with a samsung 616t dvd drive. All attempts to rectify the
problem failed, so I emailed samsung and after a few short emails an RMA was
arranged. Despatched to their uk samsung dept. 19/4/04 and recieved today
21/4/04 with acknowledgement.
1 hour after confirmation of reciept I was advised that a replacement was
being despatched via UPS sameday. All I can say is, if you have a problem
with hardware contact the manufacturer, you never know just how helpful some
can be :~)
