Default huananzhi x99-ad3 mainboard = cheap chinese crap?

Huananzhi has been making cheapo "X79" mainboards to utilise used Xeon
CPUs for people wanting to make a poor-man's server with a new board
rather than one pulled from a server that ran for 24,000 hours without
a siesta. They weren't too bad for the price.
Now they have an "X99" version for LGA2011-3. Actually has C612 chipset
-only works with Xeon, doesn't take Haswell-E i7.
Now most of the reviews seem to be in Russian. That is a likely niche
market for consumers building rigs on the cheap.
Worth a gamble?
