Default LOW cost IP network camera

Does anyone know of a ~ $150 power over ethernet web camera? Im
thinking of something like the USB style Logitech cameras that uses
ehternet for its power and data? It would be a long cable run to a
location where there is no power. I've looked and there doesnt seem
to be any place that has them for this price, have mostly found them
in the $500 and up range...

thanks for any suggestions!

I ran a logitech 9000 with a USB to Ethernet extender ($50 - global
computer) with a 100 foot cable.

A Vivotek ip7131 claims POE, has a very clean
image, and runs somewhere around that, if you
call +$25 somewhere around. To be clear, it's
an IP (network) camera, not a web cam (which
are almost always USB).
