CD Drive Problem
I need a bit of advice. I have a 48X Mas CD-RW Drive (Sony CD-RW CRX216E) in my Dim 8300
and am having a problem getting it to open. I press the button and it makes sound and blinks, but do not open. I keep trying it and after a number of tries, it finally opens. If I insert a cd it operates normally in using the cd, but to take it out I have to try it a number of times before it will open. What could be causing this and is it possible I can fix it? Thanks for any insights. Charliec
