Is this bundle worth it (Komplett)

Hi,
I am looking to buy a new bundle as my PC is in need of an upgrade, I am
looking at this one below currently £185.35 inc VAT

Your 300W PSU will likely suffice (although if it's a cheapo I wouldn't be

nforce2 isn't too well supported under non-windows environments AFAICT,
which would certainly cause me to go with the KT400...
