Default Vista Drivers?

My friend has a new Core 2 e6600 with a 7950 nvidia card. Frame rate in MS
FSX are rather dismal even with settings backed off. What are the latest
greatest drivers for this card? I know he can do better

Default Vista Drivers?

Software that ran at a given framerate in XP has been shown in lab tests to
run up to 20% SLOWER in Vista. That's why people that play games are
holding off upgrading.

More recent tests show Vista is well within the predicted 10% performance
decrease relative to XP.
