ide detection time
hi everyone,
i have a asus p4c800 mainboard with intel p4 2.6 800 CPU. on primary ide channel : 160 gb Maxtor as master, 80 seagate as slave; on secondary: lg cd-writer as master and asus cd-rom as slave. it takes pretty much time to auto detect these ide drives (ca 4-5 second) at start up. is that normal or did i made sth wrong at bios configurations? |
