Compaq Presario 2145 and Ambit lan-express 802.11 mini-pci issue

I have this laptop with this card and if I try to download files of any
size, it resets the card at the same exact point everytime time. This
only happens under WindowsXP, it's find under Windows 2000 and Linux.
Has anybody else seen this behavior?
