Default TV Tuner PCI Card stops computer from booting

Hi all

I've just bought a TV Tuner Card (Dick Smith PCI TV/FM Tuner Card - its a
Lifeview Flyvideo 3000)

http://www.dse.co.nz/cgi-bin/dse.sto...ct/View/XH6765

http://www.lifeview.com.tw/eng/pro_fly_3000.html

and when I try and put it in and boot it doesn't get past the pre-check (ie
no BIOS screen and no 'beep')

I'm pretty sure the card is mounted properly. Any one had this problem with
this particular card? Or any hints? Is the BIOS stopping the card being
added. Or is that a definite symptom of an incorrectly mounted card?

My system
ABIT IS7 Motherboard
Pentium 4 2.4
GeForce FX 5600 with VIVO (might be conflicting??)
Windows XP Pro (fully up-to-date)

Malc
