Default Looking for way of attaching laptop Toshiba disk to normal PC

I have a Toshiba HDD 2151 disk of 10 gig. It's one of those disks found
in Gateway Solos. It has a small connection to attach into the computer,
much like a miniature PCI card with fitting socket.

Do other laptop use this kind of disk.
Are there any adapter that can be used to plug it into a "normal PC" ?

Regards.
