Underclocking a Mobile BArton 2500 how low voltage can i go ???

IIts for a HTPC.

Its got PC3200 ram 1 gig. Also a 6600 Gt AGP.

I want to be able to play WMV HD Video as well as DIVX HD. And also
view HD via my Tuner. Just wondering what speed the cpu would need to
be ?

I think defaul is Bus 133 and 1700ghz ?

No idea what voltage would be needed for that. Or if i need 200 FSB or
not. As i do have some pc2100 ram as well i can use.

The only reason i want to do this is to reduce the heat alittle. As
its just a destop case with slow fans.

Thanks.
