PC Not Booting

SOunds like memeory not properly seated, or maybe a cracked CPu die.
lol that would explain the hang ups. Anyways id say if you have
replacement parts then swap parts out one at a time to find the prob,
if you dont bring it to a shop or friend and do it. Good luck

Maybe your pc was overclocked too far? slow it down some...
