Default Samsung SCX-4100 RCP Error

Hi peeps, I wonder if anyone can enlighten me. I have tried to install
the above multifunction laser printer on 2 computers now and get an
error each time. Both computers are Windows XP and both are on the
same home network. However I always get the following error:

"Unable to Install Hardware as RCP Server is Unavailable."

When I have tried to "Add a Printer" in my Control Panel I get the
following:

"operation could not be completed"

I have searched the web for info on RCP servers and haven;t come up
with anything that seems useful so I am kind of at a loss, any
ideas... ? Please don't tell me I need to reinstall XP - that would
be horrible! :P
