Default searching 500 gb hdd

Hello,
I am currently looking for a 500 gb hdd.

This are my two favorites:
Seagate ST3500320AS ~119 Euro
Samsung HD501LJ ~ 90 Euro

The samsung hdd has a lower cache, the rest is nearly the same, but it
is 30 euros cheaper.
But I read that same customers have much trouble with it, and only
positive things about the Seagate hdd.
My currently hdd is also from seagate ( 250 gb, S-ATA ).

So, can you say anything about the two or have you got a better hdd
perhaps ?!

I am looking forward to your answers.
Greets
