Default Legato Networker : Mistake labelisation action on a media not writeprotect

Somebody can help me :

We use networker 6.0.2 , without juke box :

With a good media , not write protect , we do that
on crontab :

nsrmm -u
nsrmm -dy -v label name
nsrmm -m -y -l -b "Pool name" -R -f /dev/rmt

The question is : Is it possible to find the data again ?
Or is too late ?

Regards
