PING: anyone from Tekheads ?
could anyone from tekheads please tell me why an RMA has taken
4 months, from start to (still running) you're all very busy and I've been very patient, but 4 months is excessive, whatever the excuses, for a company to sort out a simple RMA. my last email was ignored and I'm reluctant to contact TS but if you won't communicate with me I feel you leave me with no choice. /waits some more/ |
