You also need something reliable. Install a second hard drive, and use
Norton Ghost to back it up to the second drive. If you are using XP, you will need the version of Ghost for XP. -- Greetings, Jerry Greenberg GLG Technologies GLG ========================================= WebPage http://www.zoom-one.com Electronics http://www.zoom-one.com/electron.htm ========================================= "Charles" wrote in message ... You can probably build a file server for $400.00 or a little more. You need a case, power supply, motherboard, CPU, Hard Drive, etc. Don't need a fancy video card, or a sound card, or a DVD player. Just use an Integrated motherboard with VGA onboard to save money. A High capacity motherboard is not needed. A 1.2 Gig or a 800Mhz PIII or Via Mini-ITX motherboard would work fine. You can probably build a server from spare parts. On Sun, 25 Apr 2004 01:50:37 +0100, "half_pint" wrote: Whats the cheapest method of backup? Like per giga byte?
