Default What is the effect of temperature on static and dynamic logic circuits in the terms of speed, power, and leakage current?

I think the subthreshold leakage current increases as temperature is
raised.
So, the power dissipation is increased.
But, I don't know the influence of speed due to the change of
temperature.
Please help me~...
