haven't bothered answering. Can anybody here help with quesions 2-4?

Thanks

Dear Sirs,

I've just purchase a CD Burner with bundled Nero Express (5.5.10.13 ).
My needs are backup (not music or video editing). With your
permission, I have a few questions regarding your product:

1) Am I entitled to the €34.96 upgrade to the Nero Suite 6.0?

2) I own Norton Ghost 2003 with its own support for CD backup. Will
Nero provide me with any additional value (in the backup area)?

3) Using earlier versions of Nero I failed trying to burn directory
trees with very "deep" nesting, longs file names and Hebrew directory
and file names. Are there significant improvements in this area in the
newest Nero version (I saw something about Joliet file names – is this
relevant)?

4) It's critical for me to know that the backup was completed
successfully – each and every bit written to disk as it should. Does
Nero Express 5.5 (the version I have) support this? Or the Nero Suite
6.0?

Why don't you try out the demo?
