Perhaps, it could mean that, Tim - or perhaps it could mean something
completly different and even more incorrect.

If the writer meant what you wrote, he or she should have expressed it in
the same clear and concise way that you did.

As it was expressed, it was nonsensical. That is all I was trying to
convey.
