Default Which are the best memory settings?

My configuration is:
Gigabyte K8NS-Ultra 939
Winchester 3500
Corsair PC4400 C25 2*512 kit

My current BIOS settings are (advanced memory settings, in order):
512 / Auto / 50% / 5% / Auto / Manual /
CL2 / 7 / 9 / 2 / 2 / 5 / 2 / 2 / 1 / 1 / 2x4672 /
2T Timing enabled
+ Top performance enabled

(MB M.I.T. tweaker)
CPU: 200 MHz

The rest is default.

However I set memory timings, the system is stable.

Are there better settings for CPU and memory at 200 MHz?
