Arctic Silver 5 sold at CompUSA?

Manufacturer: Mad Dog Multimedia Mfg Part #: MD-ARCAG-5 Is that the same Arctic Silver 5 we all know and love? I'm confused by the "Mad Dog Multimedia" attribute. Thank you.

I've seen optical drives, video cards with all kinds of chipsets, etc. One way to be sure about the Arctic Silver would be to contact AS themselves and ask.
