Default Athlon64 configuration

I*m planning buy new comp. Athlon64 but not sure is 300 W(real) case
enought?
Configuration: MSI FIS2R, ATHLON 64 3000, RADEON 9600 XT 256 mb, HDD SEAGATE
120 GB SATA, DVD, CD-RW, FDD, MODEM int., tv tuner.

If i take (brand) memory recomended from MSI web site should i see
diferences as average user?

Your recomendation for intern TV tuner or extern (USB)?

Thanks!
Goran

Depends on the brand. If you already had a 300W name-brand I'd suggest
using it, but if buying a new one now it might be better to go with 350W
and have more margin, expansion support later.

Not performance but perhaps stability. They recommend memory proven to be
stable, presumably at SPD/Auto BIOS setting... not necessarily what's best
but just what worked when they tried it.

Internal. Read some reviews and pick out the remote and software bundle
you like best, as the cards themselves are more alike than different among
same chipset. Also consider if you'll mostly (if not always) be encoding
realtime to MPEG2 and would benefit from a hardware encoder type or if you
want other formats too, in which case it's all done in software and may
have lesser support in doing so than a software based encoder type.
