Default Compaq Presario R3430US


I've got presario R3430US I have a big problem. When I tried to turn it
on I can't and when I removed the battery and plug the charger in its
come a sound like the clock's arrows make Sometimes the system goes
halfway and then turns off by itself. I need your help please
