Default Replacement HSF for old Celeron cpu

I need a replacement HSF for a Celeron 800MHz.

Website I looked at had 29 hsf??

Could someone tell me if this is a suitable replacement as I realise if I
choose wrong one then cpu wont last long.

Coolermaster DP5-5G11B Skt A upto 1.1 /370 upto 1gb & K6-2 600 Heatsink &
Fan
