Default audio interface...a good one?

Have you heard of the ESP1010 audio interface? Its a rack mount
24/98 that looks similar in function to Layla3G with 2 mic pre's and 6
balannced TRS inputs, 8 audio outputs, PCI interface.

It can be had for $319 new w/warranty. The factory web
site is below.

Any insight into this one?

Im trying to justify moving from my Soundblaster24 Live and to have
more then 2 inputs
