Default Can't record from my Fostex VF08 to Computer using spdif in?

Hi, I need help quickly as I have to take all my tracks off of my
Fostex VF08 and dump them into my computer. I can't remember what Live
Task you use to set the mixer and what settings on the mixer. I use
Cool Edit Pro 2, and have been successful in the past but forgot the
sequence that worked using spdif in. Please help me asap as I know
there is someone in this group that has experienced the same problem.
Thanks for listening, appreciate your assistance, Derek
