problem with DVD RW installation

IN the BIOS, set this drive as "NONE". See if that helps. -Dave

Some drives I've seen don't like being recognized as Master and want Slave
or vice-verse. Change the jumper position of whatever it is. Also try
putting the drive on a different IDE channel.
