Default Difference between Xelo drivers and nVIDIA drivers for GeForce FX5200 card?

I have an nVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 card that came with a computer I got
off eBay. No problems with the card, but I happened to discover that
the driver CD is damaged. I went to the nVidia site and downloaded XP
drivers for it. But the name on the driver CD is Xelo, not nVIDIA. I
found there is a company called XELO with drivers for this and other
cards. The drivers from the nVIDIA site are about 45 megs. The drivers
from the Xelo website are about 25 megs.

I was under the impression that nVIDIA is the company that makes this
card, but from what I've read I get the impression that Xelo also
sells or sold this card.

Am I misunderstanding something - isn't the card made by nVIDIA? And
why the difference in the size of the Xelo and nVIDIA drivers?

Nvidia makes GPU's they sell to card manufacturers, they don't manufacture
and sell cards under their own name, unlike ATI/AMD. This company's (Xeno)
latest videocard offerings are the 5900XT and the 9800SE . The latest
Forceware drivers on their website were released Nov 9th 2004. Which
explains the 25Mb size. Use the latest from Nvidia.
