can anyone tell me a way of cleaning one of my print heads. I have done all
the software cleaning but I still have one nozzle slightley blocked.

There is not only no way (really) to clean one head (of one color) on
your Epson printer, but there is really no way to clean one nozzle. You
need to clean the whole head, at minimum, and that is likely to involve
using a cleaning cartridge.
