Default AMD XP 2700 and ASUS A7V600-X motherboard Question

I'm upgrading my system with an AMD XP 2700 cpu, A7V600-X motherboard, Crucial 512MB DDR400 PC3200 memory chip and a Geforce 5200FX 128mb 8x video card. The cpu is a 333FSB and the motherboard supports 200/266/333/400FSB. What is a stable speed to overclock this too and the recommended setting.

Thanks
