Default Custom Screen Resoluitons

This may be common knowledge to some, but I just found out that one can
create custom resolutions and refresh rates with the latest NVIDIA drivers
(5.3.0.3). This is probably available in earlier versions of the driver, not
sure.

I had previously asked a question about editing the inf file to do the same,
but it is nice to see this feature built into the on-screen controls.

I created a 1200 x 900 resolution at 16 bits with 75 hz refresh rate for my
19 inch CRT monitor.
