Default Anti Virus

Can anyone recommend a free lightweight Anti Virus for Windows XP.

This will be for a low spec laptop running XP so I need something that
does not use too many resources.

I've a quite low-spec. desktop on XP and Avast! seems quite light,
especially if installed with unrequired Shields deselected at that part of
the process.
