Default Asynchronous writing on USB 2.0 flash drive

I'm trying to asynchronously write several USB 2 flash drives under Win7
as explained he
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...=vs.85%29.aspx

My program hangs and the same happens when I use the "4K QD32"
CrystalDiskMark 3.0.3 x64 write test.

All work fine when I read those flash drives and when I read and write
USB3 flash drives, SSD and HD.

Does anybody know whether there could be some hardware limitations when
a program sends some parallel write operations to an USB2 flash drive?

Thank you
Cristiano
