Default Should I RMA my new MSI K7N2 Delta L mainboard?

At first I thought it was my power supply that was the problem. But
after installing a new 500 watt power supply I still have the same
problem. Even with every thing else set to default settings I can't
get my system to post with the vcore set above 1.725. at 1.75 it's a
no go. With the vcore set to 1.725 it seems to wander between 1.73 and
1.76 I was really hoping for the advertised 1.8 vcore. I have never
sent anything back is it going to be hard to do?
