Default Latest Dabs experience

So contrary to popular opinion - no problems
I ordered on Monday (one item was out of stock) and I even prefer the new
website
On Tuesday it showed as coming in
on Wednesday it was sent
on Thursday it arrived (now that IS a first for ParcelFarce)
everything was correct/there

so far so good
now I just need to see if it all works when I reconstruct the system ;-)

Personally I still haven't got the RMA number I requested a week ago. A
friend of mine is waiting for a refund after sending back a fautly ADSL
modem a week ago (lucky him, he got the RMA number quite quickly, just the
refund speed is severely lacking).

Do DABS collect the faulty item once you have an RMA number?
