Tried calling Ebuyer and all it seems to be is engaged, or just rings until
you get the cut off with a message saying, "sorry, there is no answer".

I have ordered some goods, and some items are missing. Trying to find out
how many arcels were sent, so I can contact ****tyLink to find if they have
the other parcel.

The OP might want to double check the order online to see how many
warehouses his goods were shipping from - if he hasn't already done so.

This might explain some parcels not arriving yet.

I got through, eventually, and yes it was being shipped from another part of
the warehouse, however, it doesn't state this on the order!

Have to wait until Monday now

Personally, I've never needed to phone eBuyer, so can't help with that
one, but I think it normally gives you the info about the number of
boxes dispatched at the bottom of the invoice page for the order, if
that's any help?

Cheers,
Simon

Not always )

Just had City Link turn up with an order, 3 cartons instead of 4 (but
only 3 on their tracking system) so phoned Ebuyer and box 4 hasn't been
shipped as they are overloaded with orders so free delivery next order
and it should be with me on Monday.

Best bit ........

"would I refuse delivery of this scanner?", he then shakes the box for
me to see several dozen pieces of glass fall out .......

Even better bit ........

"I had the same thing this morning with 2 widescreen tv's"

) you have to laugh, don't you?.

Kind Regards,

Jeff Davison
