Default Plugs for Canon Ink Cart

I refill Canon ink cartridge by drilling a hole on the top.
I wonder where to find/buy tiny stoppers for the hole to seal it.

Why not just put some cello tape over it?

Indeed, I tried cello tape. Ink leaks from the bottom. I even tried to
seal with those tapes which used for shipping boxes.
Still it leaked. What kind of tape did you use? I will try your advise.
Satoshi.

I use Blu-Tack, which works fine.
Dunno if it's available where you are or not, though.

You need a very sticky and flexible tape such as a good cloth duct tape -
the kind with the silver finish. Other tapes just won't work as well. Since
the hole is on the top, you could also use a set screw or hot melt glue to
seal the opening. If you (or anyone else) would like a copy of some simple
refill instructions I've created, please email the request to me. The file
is about 69kb and is in pdf format.

It's an office product, sort of a slightly sticky dry rubber putty, is
the best description I can think of atm. It's usually used for sticking
posters on walls and so on.
In the pack it's like a flat sheet of blue rubber, you tear off a small
piece and knead it until it's warmed up and totally flexible, then stick
it over the hole, smoothing it across to get a good seal.
