Default Good sys. Performance Tester Prog.

I need a simple test & give comparisons program so I can check things like
if I have the Hard Disc mode set for best ..
& compare results for different Mem Timings & CPU overclocks ..
I don't want lots of complex details & if the Prog. can give me a comparison
to want the hardware should / could be doing would be really useful..
Perhaps an active on-page website page ??
I've seen & used such things in the past..
Thanks mouse

You can use HDTach for testing disk speed. If you get 4MB/sec, then
chances are you're in PIO mode.
