1801 - Microcode Patch Error ?
Just got a replacement mobo for a Compaq Deskpro EN P33. When attempting to
boot, I get an 1801 - Microcode Patch Error message with an F1 To Boot in a blue box at the bottom left corner. When I hit F1 it doesn't successfully boot, it just goes through the same process over again. Any suggestions? Thanks for all input |

1801 - Microcode Patch Error ?
What? Name brand manufacturer motherboard BIOSes often give microcode errors
when the processor is upgraded or downgraded. The solution is to flash the BIOS, even if the BIOS is the latest revision. Seems like you've never run into this sort of problem before...
